“Everything is good except the heater inside the room doesn’t work, the heater outside work but automatically shut down after sometimes even I have turn off the timer. So we have a very cold night. This is private residence place so there is no service desk and since I only stay for one night so I I don’t bother to call the manager ”

“We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants.
Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early and getting my daughter to the airport for her flight at 9 was a nightmare. We had to wake the owner to get help with transportation. She was amazing and helped us even though we woke her up so early &……
