Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ NEW FOR 2026: New exterior paint. This large custom beach home has been decorated with cheerful colors to greet you and welcome you to your vacation! Located just across the street from the Nags Head Fishing Pier, this home has great ocean views and excellent beach access (approximately 123 yards across the Beach Road). You can stand in the kitchen and watch the waves break at the end of the pier while preparing a gourmet meal and watching the activity in the living and dining room. After a fun day of fishing across the street, grill your fresh catch of the day for dinner. No worries if the surf is too rough! Just head to the backyard pool for relaxing sunbathing and swimming.

Pool available seasonally. The fireplace is not for guest use

Great location; Poorly maintained

Location is great and the beach is 2 mins away with easy access to restaurants, shopping and more! Across the road from Nags Head Pier so you can see the sunrise over the pier every day!Property is poorly maintained and highly outdated. Paint on walls was semi completed; mold growing on linoleum flooring in 2 bathrooms; small holes and large gouges in walls; some deck railing slates falling off; chairs for outdoors broken; small pool and zero yard; staircases aren’t properly done and it hurts to walk down them barefoot; dryer damaged multiple pieces of our clothing; charcoal grill only and drip coffee pot; not enough pots and pans or glasses; found multiple cockroaches and large wolf spiders inside home! While I understand you’re at the beach, pest control would be helpful; multiple dresser drawers broken and couldn’t be used.

Our first family vacation as Grandparents

The house was very large and well suited for our purposes. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home every day. The double waffle iron was a extra nice touch as we ate waffles just about every breakfast. The view to the ocean was awesome! Close enough to hear and see the waves crashing but not to close to get the spray from the ocean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and both were used for fun and relaxation. There were some small disappointments which included sand everywhere ( in the beds, on the unused towels and in the couches). I guess it could be expected with a house so close to the beach. Over all we were very pleased with this house and all its accommodations. We will definitely be using VRBO again for our next vacation.

House comfortable for 10 people. Never felt like we were on top of each other. No pot holders available, grass had not been cut for several weeks Took 3 hours to clean pool area of debris, clean table and chairs and pull weeds that had grown onto the cement area. Outdoor refrigerator does not work. No propane available for the grill. Very loose pickets on deck. Feared the 2 year old would fall. Called to Resort Reality on Sunday to report issues. Returned called on Monday and was informed that the owner had their own “handyman”. Handyman showed up Wednesday afternoon, who was very pleasant. Repaired pickets and bought us us propane tank. He stated the electrician would come later that evening or in the am. He never showed up to fix the outdoor refrigerator. Siding Shingles missing on house, decks need power washing and doors to outside locks are loose. For the price, one would expect everything would be in good shape. Hate to be “Debbie downer” but this house needs a lot of TLC..

Great get-a-way!

Enjoyed having lots of space to relax with our family group of 10! Nice decor. Kitchen well-stocked with every utensil for cooking, baking, etc. Nice view of some of the beach from front deck. Could hear the waves washing ashore at night. Nice location.

Thanksgiving week stay

This property was way overpriced for the quality. It was dirty, ill-equipped in almost every way--kitchen, cleaning equipment, hangers, bedding items (blankets, pillows, sheets, towels) no floor mats anywhere in the property. I bought them all for all external entryways. One---one dish towel provided by the management company and no hot mitts--only the absolutely dirty ones in the house. I had to request a return of the cleaning crew to mop the floors and clean a toilet that had mold in it. I mopped the upstairs floors even after the cleaning crew left. I could go on and on and on. Oh, the steps inside the property are an absolute trip hazard. There's no way they're up to code and safe. I wore shoes in the house the entire time due to the dirt on the floors. The price we paid was far, far above the experience we received. Lastly, it was clear the property was under renovation. I would recommend that certain things be completed before the next guests are welcomed to the property. Grossly disappointed.
