Great house for a large group. Property Manager was very responsive. House was clean, great price for being right on the beach!

Great family vacation spot

After reading the limited but largely negative reviews of this house after we booked, we were very nervous about our stay for the dollars we spent. However, we do not feel the reviews accurately reflect the place, or our overall experience, which was great. The property could certainly use some investment/upgrades, but the place was clean, the pools and hot tubs worked great, and the location was perfect. The place was large enough for our extended family reunion of 18 people (ages 4-70) , and allowed us plenty of room to spread out when we needed to, and congregate up on the main floor for a b-day party. The beach is a short walk away, and our beach gear credit gave us chairs/umbrellas, surf/boogie boards, etc.- everything we needed for a great beach day. The house is 10 minutes away from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf, go Karts, the Dunes, pretty much anything you’d want to do on your OB vacation. The property manager was quick and responsive, and check-in was easy (check out time and process seemed a little cumbersome at 9AM), but wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and would certainly do it again.

The house was clean and big! Plenty of room for 12 of us. Really close to the beach! Beautiful sunrises every morning. I rented wagons to carry items to the beach, but there were too many stairs to use them. Overall would stay here again!

Dirty unsafe home

I was embarrassed on arrival. The home had not been cleaned. The pool area was filthy and lights weren’t working. The cleaners came and began to question my issue after explaining to them that we had just arrived and the trash receptacles were full and bathrooms were dirty they began to clean. After calls the pool boy showed and from what I understand a handy man who could not fix the electrical issue so he contacted an electrician. The pool area was never thoroughly cleaned so the view of old carpet and broken toys just added to the mystique of the property. We had hot tubs that leaked with jets the sprayed the neighbors house. The decking to the beach had a 10 foot run of very thick sand on which made it difficult for the elders in our group to navigate threw. Never mind the hole in the ceiling. I could keep going but I was told a representative was to contact me. Still waiting guys

Roach Motel Unsafe Health Hazard!

We stayed here with our entire family. When we checked in the pool and hot tubs were dirty and filled with sand. The walk way to the beach was filled with sand making it very difficult to walk to the beach. Around the pool deck was dirty old broken pool toys and old dirty carpet under the stairs by the pool. They were supposed to service our pool at check in and again on Wednesday they didn't come either day. We had to call them they came Thursdays and had to drain both hot tubs and refill them. The weather was terrible so this was our only "water" for the week. The house was DIRTY DISCUSTING GROSS. Walking to the beach on the boardwalk someone had hung lights they didn't work and they were just falling off. The freezer had a busted beer can in it. The carpets were black, black mold on the downstairs ceilings, walls and bathroom door handles. Door faceings were falling out of the walls. We all came home with bites on our stomachs, arms and legs from sleeping in the beds, around the sinks and just flying around were gnats. Don't even get me started on the Roaches. They were on all floors some of us even woke up to them crawling on us in our bed. On top of rashes we came home with head lice. Don't book this place its is dangerously gross and so unsafe. Everytime we called to talk to them they said let me get in contact with the property manager and we will be in touch. They never got intouch. This was the absolute worst place. I cant say it enough do not rent this place.
