Annual pilgrimage to the Outer Banks

Good location, house is clean and comfortable. Communication with management is slightly off: Wi-Fi password was not provided via emails or on the site, so had to wait till morning to call, then it appears that router went dead, so had to wait for technician to come and change (was done quickly, appreciate that). Overall management was responsive and quick to resolve issues. Would be nice to have accessible back yard, other than that nice comfortable property as expected. Thanks.
