Located adjacent to the Wildlife Sanctuary, "Belvidere East" provides unimaginable sunsets over the Roanoke Sound and offers remarkable ocean views. With the OBX Fishing Pier in close proximity, the fisher-person of the group will be in a state of bliss. Enjoy the comforts of a private pool, hot tub, game room with pool table and extensive decks. The community also provides a community pool and tennis courts. With the hot tub on the lower deck overlooking pool and refuge, enjoy the privacy of a soak while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. Tiki bar by the pool.

Great Location/House Needs Updated

The kitchen had extremely limited cabinet space. The refrigerator is very small and not enough room in it for the amount of people that can stay in this house. There is no sort of pantry area to even put snacks. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, bowls and glasses but hardly anything to use for cooking. There was only one baking sheet, maybe 2 potholders that badly need replaced. The bathrooms need hooks for towels. Bedrooms lacked even garbage cans. The pool and hot tub were great and most of the beds were very comfortable. The house lacked any sort of cleaning items which were needed since the bathroom still smelled like urine and the carpets were very dirty on the stairs. The best part of the house was the location but we will not be staying here again.

Great location but very disappointed with reservation process and maintenance problems

Very disappointed with additional $500 VRBO fee in addition to realty company fees. Upon arrival had no phone or internet service and dishwasher did not work. Maintenance was dispatched but could not make repairs. Internet provider came on Wednesday and explained that it was an existing issue and I feel realty office should have notified us. In addition to calling maintenance, I sent an email to realty office that was never acknowledged. Dishwasher did not work entire week which isn't ideal for party of 12. This was also nonfunctional at checkin. We would not rent from Resort Realty again.

Systems and communications breakdown

The house was exactly what we needed for our holiday week with friends and family. The location is great, the space was adequate. However, neither the dishwasher nor internet worked for the length of our stay. The owner was finally contacted by the property manager on Wednesday. She was very responsive, helpful, and apologetic. I understand it was a holiday week, but the lack of follow up and communication from the property manager was lacking, at best. We were provided a partial refund, but I would hesitate to use this property management firm for future bookings due to the lack of communication.
