Absolutely amazing

Perfect location! So close to the beach. We loved we could see the kids on the beach from the house. Had some rain- but the heated pool and covered hot tub made those days very enjoyable. House is spacious and big living area for large group. Great beach!

Forever friends

Overall it was a great place, a few items such as closet doors that was off tracks and issue with lights, addressed by maintenance in a timely fashion

Family Vacation

We had our first family vacation in about 10 years. We had family ranging from one year old to almost 60 years old. There was plenty of space inside and outside the house for all of us. We spent many hours at the pool and hot tub. The area between the house and pool was a little rough and felt unfinished. Not sure if it was because of the recent storms. On our second day there we had an issue with ants outside the house and in our vehicles. After calling about this issue they had someone quickly there to spray. Don’t park in the yard!!! Overall we loved our stay in Nags Head and would like to go back again!!!

Great trip!!

Family in from TX, KY, MI and SC. Accommodations were great and being on the beach was a plus. Had ants in the kitchen but maintenance came immediately and took care of it. Downside was kitchen and baths could have been cleaned better and not enough towels per guest.

Evans / Stokes Family Vacation

We spent 9 months planning this multi family vacation. The Property was in an excellent location, right on the beach a few steps from the public point. The Property is close to all amenities wonderful restaurants and fun family activities. The 3rd floor main room was big enough for everyone and the views of the Atlantic Ocean were AMAZING. The kitchen was huge and the double ovens made cooking for everyone so much easier. All of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor were spacious with their own bathrooms. The kids all stayed on the first floor in the bunkrooms and had access to the pool. There was also a pool table that provided a lot of fun. The only caution I would have is there is not much parking available.

Very nice. Worked well for all of us. Glad we heated the pool as it was a big hit. Beach was beautiful and the area amazing as always.

Location is phenomenal, great kitchen and supplies, comfortable beds

The views are amazing. Only complaint would be the care taken of the property. When we arrived the pool was overflowing (they forgot to turn off water), bottom of curtains in basement were covered in vomit from previous renters, previous renters didn’t take out the garbage, which was over flowing. Floors needed to be vaccumed better (covered w sand). Sheets were clean. Outside area(between basement and pool) was a mess..pool toys were everywhere. . Would HIGHLY recommend different cleaning service. I would return to the property.

Family Thanksgiving

The house is a great one for a large family group and the location is wonderful, but sadly it is in need of repair in many areas and was very dirty. The managing company, Resort Realty, was impossible to reach by phone. When we arrived we assumed our key code was our reservation number as it was the only six digits number on our check in email. It was not, so we couldn’t get in. I sent a text to Resort Realty, then called the office while my husband called the emergency number provided. We were both on hold for about 10 minutes and then had to leave messages, which we did. After 20 minutes we decided to go to the office as we had frozen food in the car. We were given the key code and told it should’ve been included in the check in email, but it wasn’t. When we walked around inside we found the following damage: Bedroom closet door off track and leaning against the wall. Bedroom armoire splitting apart. Living room thermostat cover broken and hanging off. The screening to one of the deck doors was pulled out of the frame and the other door to the deck had the latch broken off so could not be opened. One of the two pool cues was broken and the dart board only had one dart. Several mattress covers, sheets and towels were stained, and one set of sheets were wet and mildewed when opened. No internet or WiFi (an issue as our granddaughter had online classes) We called the office Saturday to report the WiFi primarily and again had to leave a message. After 24 hours we had heard nothing so called the cable company directly. The tech came on Monday morning and got it working. On Tuesday we had still not heard anything from Resort Realty so I sent them an email, with pictures, of the damaged items so it would not be an issue when we checked out. Then the key code would not work again, so we had to leave the front door unlocked if we all left the house. My husband went to Resort Realty on Tuesday to report this and was told they would send someone out........they came on Friday! 4 days...really? On Wednesday a company arrived to do a deep cleaning of the whole house as they were told it was vacant? Sounds like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hands doing! The owners should know how their property is being managed, or in my opinion, mismanaged. Because of my experience I would not book this house again, or any house associated with Resort Realty. In spite of all of these issues our family had a great Thanksgiving.

Very nice property. Very accommodating for our family.

This was a great house. Large enough for our entire family. The kitchen had two stoves and two dishes washers which was great. There was plenty of seating for everyone for meals. The beds were very comfortable. Outdoor pool area was very nice. We liked that the pool Area was locked so the small children couldn’t get in there without an adult. We would highly recommend this house. Only a few things we didn’t like...there was only 1 beach chair to take down to the beach. The outdoor charcoal grill was very small. The baby gates were not sufficient to protect the little ones from falling down the steps. We luckily brought a few of our own gates from home. And the corners on the protective glass on the coffee table and end tables was very sharp. Over all this is a great place to vacation. I still give it 5 stars.

Our Stay in Nagshead

We enjoyed the property very much. There was a problem with the air conditioning unit at one point during the week. The maintenance staff came quickly, but didn't really fix the problem till the second day when the top floor of the house was about 88 degrees. The problem was resolved but took a while for the house to cool down. Otherwise, accommodations were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Would go back again.
