Better Believe It is a delightful cottage located less than 100 ft to private community beach access, offering maximum convenience at a great price! The semi-oceanfront location at milepost 17.5 provides amazing sunrise views and soundside sunsets. Ideally located, this charming retreat offers quick and easy access to shopping, restaurants and a variety of other entertainment.

The open concept reverse floor plan allows ocean views from the numerous windows on the main living space! A spacious, well-equipped kitchen makes meals a breeze and offers open seating at the bar or dining table. Comfy bright living area furniture lifts your spirits as you see and hear the waves crash on the shore. Watch something on the large screen TV, curl up and read a book, or pull out the games for a family night! A convenient half bath is located on this level as well. The revamped sundeck off the living space is a great place to catch the sunrise, sunbathe or simply relax in the evening after a fun packed day of vacation!

The bedrooms on the mid level are well-appointed, including a recently-expanded king en suite with double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The queen en suite also features a beautiful tiled shower. The two en suites and additional queen bedroom all have ceiling fans as well as wall-mounted TVs, a perfect retreat for a relaxing evening. The third full bath is just off the hall next to the final bedroom, which has a bunk bed and a twin bed, ideal for tired little surfers.

Continue your vacation on the ground level where, after a day of sand and surf, you’ll enjoy the new fully enclosed outside shower with a changing area. Wash off the sand toys at the outdoor wash area and hang the towels to dry on the line until tomorrow. Cook up that fish you caught on the gas grill. There’s an enclosed storage area with a full-size washer and dryer along with beach necessities.

Great place, Great Vacation

Weather was perfect all week. Plenty of room and loved the outdoor deck. Proximity to the beach (access is 100 feet away) is excellent without the beachfront price. Comfy beds and service from Prop Mgr was great when we had a couple issues. Love the outdoor shower.
