Welcome to 'Windfall,' a beautifully maintained oceanfront home that feels just like your home away from home! This inviting retreat boasts four spacious bedrooms, each opening to expansive decks that offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Nestled in a quiet area just 600 feet from the Outer Banks Pier, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Explore the nearby attractions in Manteo, such as Festival Park, the Lost Colony, the Aquarium, and the historic Elizabeth II—each just a short drive away. For fishing enthusiasts, you’ll appreciate the easy access to offshore fishing opportunities right at your doorstep!

This lovely vacation rental features three bathrooms, a newly renovated walk-in shower, and all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Enjoy a variety of entertainment options with TVs, DVD players, and complimentary WiFi. Gather around the picnic table for meals or enjoy the wide decks while taking in the fresh ocean air.

Family-friendly amenities an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a grill for evening cookouts. The shared walkway leads you directly to the beach, making it easy to dive into the sun, sand, and surf!

The Windfall

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Windfall house. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Fish Heads on the pier. We were right on the beach with wonderful views from the house. The house had everything we needed. Thank you!

House was good. Location was excellent...the pier has a fun restaurant. View was amazing. Layout of house was good. Mattresses were hard. All of them. And deck chairs were all flimsy plastic....not comfortable......not a good height to be able to see the beach for the railing. The furniture in the living area was not adequate for 6 people much less the 8 the house can hold...it appeared to be outdoor sofas and 2 director chairs. Overall, the house needs an upgrade..For those who have mobility issues, it is 3 flights of stairs up to kitchen/living area. Then there are stairs to the beach. Kitchen cabinets are dated and the doors all open crazy. There was even a note not to move things around in the kitchen.......it needed to be rearranged....so confusing/messy. Appliances worked well, except coffee pot.....it has seen better days. The fan in the hall bath on the bedroom level is too loud to use.
