Wonderful birthday weekend

Plenty of room. Great layout. Everyone had their own space and great gathering arrangements. We all thoughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful home

Family Traditonal Vacation

This property worked out great for my large group..and the age range...from 66 down to 3 years old. Having all of my kids and grands together in one house and not spread out over numerous properties was amazing. Everyone loved the layout, the bunk rooms were great and the Mortal Combat game was a hit. Ice makers were also a great addition for such a very hot week. The only drawback I can even think of, which really didn't take away from a great time, was the limited space to place our chips, canned goods, etc....most of the cabinets were full of kitchen ware. It was also very welcoming to receive a text every once in awhile asking how we were doing and if we needed anything.

Great house

The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly, We were a large group (14) ages 84 yo to 14 yo; gathering for a wedding. The elevator was perfect for the older people in the group and for luggage. The ground level with its pool table and sound system was well used by our younger adults. The kitchen had at least 2 of every appliance needed. The openness of the great room/dining area made for easy visiting with family and friends while playing games at the huge table. The ocean view was beautiful for watching the sun rise. We would definitely stay here again.

Moderate in comparison to listing

Our stay was fine with a few disappointments. Pictures need to be refreshed as the house is not as large or fresh as it appears. Kitchen is fully equipped with the needed items, and sufficient enough for large groups. There was mold in the corner of one bathroom on the second floor. It needs to be mentioned that the cement blocks in the drive are a hazard. They are irregular and easy to trip over as happened with one of our group. There is an indemnity waiver in the online paperwork that relieves owners, and managers of any liability. Be careful what you were signing.
