A new duplex apartment, luxurious, well designed and equipped with everything you need. Apartment in a tourist location 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center.
On the first floor is a bedroom with shower, toilet,closet , ironing table, iron and hairdryer.
Kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, water machine, kitchenware and more, dining area, living room with cable TV and balcony with sea and city views.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower with bathtub.
Each room has an air conditioning and cable TV and free WIFI. The apartment is in a new building with elevator for each floor and private underground parking for free.
