They remembered who we were while we were there and cared about our experience. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we felt safe and welcomed. We felt so relaxed! This was the best place we have ever stayed and we’re going to think about this place for a long time. "First time I have given a hotel 5 stars. Absolutely amazing! Very family friendly, staff were so helpful and friendly, great breakfast and amenities. First comfy bed in Asia, really great gym and all areas and our rooms were kept extremely clean. Cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful and comfortable stay. "
