"到步後check in 時，沒告知golf resort 不屬酒店的，所有推廣不可在這處使用。 一般resort, 翌日清潔房間後，例必安排一套新淋浴用品，以便客人遊泳後再淋浴，但欠奉。 毛巾比較舊，有感不潔，不論房內及泳池提供的。 Golf club餐廳服務水準不達標，跟檔次不相符。"
