We loved the uniqueness of this hotel which was originally built in 1870. It had lots of character. The host and hostess were very friendly and eager to help. We found the camp restaurant down the road excellent.

Great halfway stop between BNE & SYD

Nambucca Heads is pretty & has much going for it. The Riverview Boutique Motel was a great choice for our overnight stay while driving to Sydney from Brisbane. We arrived much later than anticipated, yet were welcomed on our arrival and just made it in time to enjoy pizzas down the road at Matilda's before their kitchen closed at 20:30. Our room was neat, shower great and beds comfortable. The cooked breakfast the next morning hit the spot & was a great start for our next leg to Sydney.

Special stay in Nambucca Heads

A very unusual motel! More hotel than motel because it’s actually Nambucca Heads first ‘hotel’, built in 1887 and still retains its original oven! Lovely hosts Rena and Ziggy are smiling, attentive and genuine hosts. Ideal stopover on the way up or down the coast. Satisfying breakfast is included in the tariff.

Perfect stopover

On our way north, this was the perfect stop! The rooms are cosy and welcoming. Rena and Ziggy are busy making everyone’s stay perfect. Clean, neat, good hot water, Netflix and comfy beds. Brekky nourishing and thoughtfully presented. What more could u want on a quick stopover when heading north?! The history & location of the property are interesting too! Thanks Rena & Ziggy.
