"The location was perfect - just outside the gate! The grounds were immaculate, with views you couldn't believe. Animals right from your dinner! The food was excellent - I couldn't believe how good given it was buffet style! I would definitely stay here again!! "

"Breakfast is good. Hotel you have to get wet if it’s raining to get to your room. Found hairs in the bed. Got hustled by one of the workers for a city tour. Towels have the year on them. We got one from 2023 that was brown. They will not see me again. "

"I travel a lot and Avani has one of the best hotel breakfast experiences. It's also in a convenient location with nearby coffee/bakery shops and a small shopping center attached. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a central location with plenty of shopping options. "

"Parking out the front of the hotel so easy access. It looks out to the water and boardwalk. Short drive to town Staff were a mix, lady on reception pushy on trips and booking with her. We had no intention. Bar staff lovely and attentive The room we had #1 was right at the front, so you could hear all the news from the bar, road and generally noisy and not very private. Book a standard room if you are staying, not worth the extra money. "

"My stay at Beach Hotel Swakopmund was one of the best hotels I've stayed at during all of my travels! From the staff at the front desk with exceptional professional and kind service, to the staff in the restaurant and definitely the room cleaning staff, I cannot say enough how comfortable, safe and welcomed I felt. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The food in the restaurant was fresh daily. My room was thoroughly cleaned daily and the front desk staff both day and night were always attentive to meet my daily needs and answer any questions I had. I will definitely be returning to stay in this hotel again! I highly recommend this hotel for it's location, cleanliness, safety, proximity to tourist excursions and the exceptional, kind and professional treatment you will receive from the staff.
