「位置好」

「The front desk staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The breakfast served in the morning is simple and acceptable, but not as expected.」

「地點很好，價錢合理，就是空調比較大聲，所以我不能給五星的原因。」

「Nice room, big and clean. Very close to downtown 」

「The Painted Turtle was a good accommodation choice for my stay in Nanaimo. The location was convenient and the availability of cooking facilities was a plus.」

「典型的汽车旅馆，但有配冰箱和微波炉，不过也用不着，不带早餐。北美汽车旅馆都是那种窗式空调，噪音很大，还好天气凉快不用开。」

「There was no heat in the room on a chilly night! Also, the maid just walked in at 9 am. this morning - she should have knocked - fortunately I was still in bed!」

「Breakfast is simple, no many choices .」

「 一般」

「The hotel took the extra miles to provide a bed for my baby even though the baby cot was taken by other guests.」

「I had a self-catered 3-night solo silent retreat at Bethlehem and am so glad I did. If you want to unplug and reconnect within and with whatever you understand as creation, this is a great place to do it. The facilities are simple but more than adequate, the property is beautiful with a labyrinth, library, pond feature and more, and Westwood Lake could not be more beautiful.」

「The toilets are too low. We have knee and hip problems, my husband has had one hip and one knee replaced. It would be an immense help if there were arms attached to the wall behind the toilet wall that could be moved down when people needed them. Also showers only with zero barriers would help. This problem is not only a Grand hotel problem, it’s across the industry.」
