「It is a super location on the river with privacy. There is road noise but didn’t really bother us. It’s tough to fish the river because its flow is controlled by Duke for whitewater activities but there is fishing opportunities very close by. Very relaxing with fire pit and pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Our dog loved it! 」

「If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Super friendly host and gorgeous, spacious new custom home with expansive views of the creek from every room. The porch, the fire pit by the water, the kitchen appliances, the German doors and windows - all spectacular! We can’t wait to come back! 」

「Our host was most accommodating…from providing a highchair and pack&play to early access. The view from the front door (and anywhere else on the main level) was beautiful!!! The house itself was just what my husband and I, plus our 3 children and their families needed for a great weekend for the Polar Express trip. The kids, ranging in ages 9 months to 8 years, had plenty of room on either level for games and playing. Such a short drive to downtown Bryson City. Would definitely recommend this...

「Nice little place to crash for the night after coming for the Polar Express on the Great Smoky Mountains railroad! Michael was great with communication and we loved the little touches like having Christmas music playing for us on the TV to greet us when we arrived.Recommend.」

「Had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Walking distance to downtown was a big plus given how busy the area is this time of year. The only thing I'd change would be to drop a hot tub on that covered patio .」
