Highest quality construction. Professionally decorated. King bed with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Plush Matouk custom bed linens and towels. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Viking stainless steel range and oven, Bosch dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and pods, Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Beautiful bathroom with double vanity, heated marble floors and over sized triple head shower with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries, dish washer and laundry detergent included. 4-beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and teak dining patio. Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true island escape yet conveniently close to it all!

Great property and a great location

Loved this cottage. It was perfect for the two of us plus our puppy. And it was in the perfect location: across the street from the Children's Beach, 4 houses down from the White Elephant and the Brant Point Grill restaurant, and 3 blocks from downtown Nantucket. It was new, spotless, charming and the appliances and accommodations were exemplary. Would definitely stay here again

This charming cottage was the epitome of Nantucket charm. No detail was missed. Luxury was evident in the gourmet kitchen and the gorgeous linens. Just steps from the center of town we walked to restaurants, shops and just simply to take in all that Nantucket offers. Highly recommend!!!

Great Property in the Heart of Everything!

We loved our stay at the Eliza cottage! It's so close to everything downtown, the Children's Beach, and Jetties Beach. The cottage was fully stocked and had a cute front yard we spent some time in, looking at the water. Highly recommend this place!
