Both of the bedrooms exit into a hallway that leads down to the front of the house where you re enter into a laundry room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and front seating area.

This property has an “accessory unit”, that the caretakers of the property live in. You can contact the caretakers with any and all questions, concerns, or issues, which can be addressed personally and immediately. It is completely independent inside and outside with fencing and is the furthest back part of the property from the street. The wall separating the two units is sound proof and fire proof with fire proof locked dead-bolted door separating the studio apartment from the tenant apartment. Privacy is of major importance!
