Our stay at the Boat House

We LOVED our stay at the Boat House! The property exceeded our expectations in every respect. Our family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out. I think the property was advertised as 3 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms, but it is really 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house was fully equipped, clean and ready right on time for checking in. Jim was a very helpful host, ready to assist with any of our questions and even gave us some great recommendations for restaurants! Thank you Jim!

Nantucket family vacation

We spent 10 days for our annual beginning of summer Nantucket vacation and cannot say enough great things about this amazing vacation home. The house and property are immaculate and well stocked. The downstairs bedroom and dual bathroom set up is perfect for a family. The upstairs kitchen and living are well stocked with up-to-date appliances and household items. The balcony and outside yard are also beautifully decorated and the availability of beach chairs and towels is an added plus. The property is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to the beach with easy access to downtown. Our host, Jimmy, was extremely accommodating and easy to reach. Thank you, Jimmy, for an amazing week. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful stay near Surfside

Our family had a wonderful week at the Boat House. The home is even more lovely in person, with comfortable furniture and new linens. We loved the privacy of the property and being able to hear the waves from the deck. We would love to return in future years.

Great week!

This was the perfect house for 4x adults and a little baby - we were pleasantly surprised by how private the area/home was and how clean it was! Our family has a home down the street that we've recently outgrown and this proved to be the perfect overflow house for us for the week. Was a fantastic and easy stay and we'd love to stay again!

Had a relaxing week with son and his girlfriend. Great location for privacy. Beach and town easily accessible via bike. Plan to return, maybe for an extended stay next time.

Great beach location and house

This is a great location, just a short walk to a great beach. The house was very comfortable for the 5 of us, it was spotless, and the owner (Jim) immediately responded to any questions we had and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for the house and beach. .

Great stay!

We had a wonderful week! The house is very clean, felt very new and was decorated very nicely. The yard was a good size and the outdoor furniture and the deck were lovely. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach that was not at all crowded and another ten minutes beyond that beach is Surfside where you can get food at the taco truck or beach stand. Town is about a 15 minute car ride away. We had a lovely time!

Surfside Boat House

We had a wonderful stay at the Boat House in September. Don't let the name "Boat House" put you off. This is a comfortable, beautifully furnished home with lots of light and not a tsoshke in sight. We especially enjoyed spending time on the upstairs deck. One night we were lucky enough to get a perfect view of the Milky Way. We look forward to returning. Margie & Paul Goldberg.
