“Everything was great except cleaning staff. Had to ask for fresh towels multiple times and rooms were not cleaned properly. Basically just dumped trash and made the bed ”

“The rooms are clean, and it was conveniently located for our weekend. I did have a booking issue here - when we arrived to check in, the woman at the front desk could only find one of the two rooms I had booked. Even with me showing her my confirmation for two rooms, she insisted there was only one room. We booked me a second room there and then, and all seemed ok. The next day, my card was charged for a no-show on the second room I'd initially booked! I had to call them when I got home and……

Our room had a fridge that wasn't working, the coffee machine had a used coffee pod in the water dispenser, the shower grout looked to have mold issues, and the comforter had a stain. “This is an okay value. The location is the best asset. Easy access to highway 29 to go up valley or over to Sonoma. The major drawback is noise at night. Road noise and due to thin walls and floors/ceiling a lot of guest noise. I had to take a Tylenol PM every night to TRY and get a good night's rest. I also asked for no maid service during my 7-night stay which was disregarded. I didn't appreciate someone coming in the room when I requested no service.”
