“We were shown into a room with terrible conditions. Everywhere was dusty and there was a terrible stench all over the place. There were several visible stains on the sheets, pillowcases and the mattress. When we informed the staff, it was like they're offended! They took us to another room upstairs. The jallway was dirty and stinky as well. The new room was in the exact same conditions. Dirty, dusty, stinky and visible stains all over the bed.

“Parking was great. No hotel staff to greet us in arrival, waited five ten minutes to check in. Initial thoughts were nice room. Tried to use the pool, it was broken and freezing and the slide was barricaded off because “there aren’t enough people to use it so we don’t”. Staff Roger was a really helpful and nice guy who seemed to have his hands tied and full. I commend him for trying to make us happy. The remote for the TV didn’t work so asked for new batteries, did not help so ended up using the……
