  • Apartment 80 sqm. (6 people) in Via San Gregorio Armeno, a symbol of the old town and the ancient city of Naples. The apartment is housed in a charming 'palace' in the historic Neapolitan city center. Renovated in August 2010: new living area. The apartment is close to restaurants, bars and historic sites. Incredible views of Mount Vesuvius, the Cathedral, St. Martin's Hill. Three comfortable bedrooms. 4th floor. FROM JUNE 2013 WITH ELEVATOR! Free Wi-Fi. The apartment is located in the spaccanapoli district, in the heart of the city. The surroundings of the apartment are representative of the history of Naples and its ancient center. In the same neighborhood are all the most important Neapolitan churches: Santa Chiara, New Jesus, Duomo, etc. History at your fingertips! Close to the central station with trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and the Port with boats to Capri, Ischia, Procida and the Amalfi Coast.

    Two apartments in a symbol of ancient Naples: via San Gregorio Armeno. In the heart of the beautiful old town. In the city center, near the Federico II University and the Central Station. The palace was built more than 400 years ago in the quaint district of Spaccanapoli. The neighborhood itself looks like a small and characteristic historic center in the center of Naples. The ambiance is very livley, with lovely markets, typical shops of artisans, cultural associations, special bars and good restaurants. Well connected to all major monuments of bus and subway.
    Via San Gregorio Armeno is thus an important point for artistic life, tourist attraction and Christmas in Naples.
    The apartments are located in a charming palace in the historic Neapolitan city: Palazzo Mormando in Via San Gregorio Armeno, in the spaccanapoli district.
    The surroundings are represented by the history of Naples and its ancient center. Close to all the most important churches: Santa Chiara, New Jesus, Duomo, San Domenico Maggiore, San Lorenzo Maggiore. Close to the National Archaeological Museum and the metro station. Close to the central station with trains to Pompeii and the harsh harbor ports in Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

Great location in historic Naples, plenty of vendors in the neighborhood. Great food. We walked 20 minutes to the ferry for a day trip to Sorrento. Emanuela is a great host would definitely recommend this location

We spent 4 days at Emanuelas apartment in the busy heart of Napoli . Lots of space and great views over the town and to the Vesuv. Perfect location to relax after exhausting days in the city. Spotlessly clean. Very attentive host.

Lovely apartment. Fantastic location. Loved being in the little piazza right in the heart of the bustling historic quarter. Aircon was superb! Quite snug but still didn’t feel too small for our family of 5 (with teenage girls). Warm, welcoming host was very helpful. (Even posting a couple of times that we left behind). The apartment was fantastic! There is a lift or 96 stairs - your choice. The owner was delightful and very helpful. The apartment is right in the heart of the old city and although busy, was very quiet. Close to supermarket and restaurants and cafes. We would stay there again!

Cozy quiet apartment in historic Naples

We could not have found a better place to stay in the heart of historic Naples. It was quiet inside but in the heart of the hustle and bustle outside. Within walking distance to the central train station and port. The owner Emanuela was very helpful and readily answered any of our questions. Highly highly recommended.

Overall stay was great. It was about 4 blocks from nearest parking spot so if bringing a car, it's a hike with luggage. But plenty of shopping, restaurants, activities and night life nearby. Highly recommend.

The apartment is LOVELY! Excellent location, excellent apartment. Perfect for visiting and experiencing Naples! Literally in the middle of heart of old Naples, and walkable distance from the train station and port. Lots of space with two levels, and 3 bedrooms. Perfect set up for a family. The stairs may not be ideal for young toddlers but were fine for baby and a 4 year old. The apartment was perfectly set up with a full kitchen and clothes washing machine. The host was wonderful and very accommodating of an early check in and late check out request, which we appreciated! Only thing to be aware of is the apartment is on the 4/5th floor, but there is an elevator! Overall just a fantastic stay and fantastic experience! Highly recommend this apartment and host!
