Hotel was great! Wonderful location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. "Barbara" was spot on with her recommendations for restaurants and ways to get around the area. "Rossella" was a little snarky and not quite as helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you for the great stay in Naples.

Very good property highly recommended for all physically fit but not physically challenged! . YES there is a lift but you have to climb few steps, also to the reception area and the breakfast areas .Even when you arrive to take the luggage in so not recommended for physically challenged. Beautiful hotel With good amenities, comfy bed?,beautiful 5stars bathroom and good breakfast?,helpful staff. Location is good near the centre but the area is a little run down not a posh area others than that all is great.

We stayed for 1 night and the room was perfect for what we needed! There was even a scale in the bathroom that helped with weighing luggage. Clean room, good AC. Great breakfast. Helpful staff, they called a taxi for us. Elevator. You may be able to hear noise from the hallway or outside depending on your room but nothing crazy.

We had a really pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious and well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable — we both slept well every night. The room itself was quiet, which we really appreciated, and it was kept clean throughout our stay. My only criticism is a small one: the bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) come in small bottles, so they run out quickly. It would be great if housekeeping checked and topped these up when they notice a bottle is empty or nearly empty, rather than leaving guests to run out mid-stay. Aside from that minor point, we’d happily stay here again.

Travelled as a family of four adults booking 2 rooms -102&103. Sadly, my daughters find “silver fish” in the bathroom and on the bed. The rooms were however very nicely decorated. I was disappointed as the review stated a nice bar and small terrace to have drink - bar was shut for all 3 days we were there! Note also: it’s on a square with lively residents - could be disturbing to some but not intimidating. The location is good for walking around as it’s in the heart of the historic Old town. It’s fine but for the price, not worth it.

The breakfast is good, but it’s the same everyday for 3 days. The place is in the historical center, lots of shops and restaurants, walking distance to Scappanapoli, Naples Cathedral, Spanish Quarter, San Severo Chapei Museum and the Galleria Umberto where you can find the upscale shops.

Room very comfortable and quiet. No electric kettle, no room service or food delivery. Neighborhood is colorful but full of garbage, careless motorcyclists, and cigarette smoke. Hard to find nutritious meals.

Breakfast is great, a lot of choices. Very close to SPACCNAPOLI street. Room is clean with a balcony. We like it very much. Only thing was there are several staircases to the reception, no one helps with luggages.

First time in Naples and this hotel was so lovely and clean. Perfect location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms were a great size. Only downside, there are no coffee facilities in the room. But we were out exploring all the time so wasn't a problem. There are coffee shops within a 2 minute walk. It's central to all attractions and easy to get around by walking. Yes there are the occasional homeless people hanging around out the front, but this is everywhere in Naples. This is not just this hotel! One of the days the litter bins across the road were full, but they got emptied. I never once felt unsafe around the hotel. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
