I enjoy old buildings and unique experiences over fancy (boring) hotels, and this was exactly that. It’s on the pedestrian shopping street, quiet at night somehow, good A/C, near the cruise terminal, and felt safe.

We had the perfect first trip to Naples. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything so clearly and kindly, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was amazing as well! We could easily go out and explore whenever we wanted, from morning until late at night, without any stress. Everything about the stay was great! the room was clean and comfortable, the vibe was nice, and the service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples for the first time!

This is a great place to stay! The staff is very helpful with anything you need. Although you are in the heart of dining and shopping, the rooms are very quiet. I really enjoyed being so close to dining, shopping, and transportation options. I highly recommend this hotel. Very comfortable bed as well.

What a beautiful property! Francisco was amazing throughout the entire process. From the moment I booked the room, he stayed in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He provided excellent restaurant recommendations, suggested places to visit, and helped us make the most of our limited time in Naples. The suites are beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The location of Altoledo is excellent—within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, Maradona Street, and many of Naples’ top attractions. Francisco also went above and beyond by helping arrange transportation from the train station to the hotel and guiding us on how to use the metro for the next leg of our trip. Thank you so much, Francisco, for your outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to see what else you do with this beautiful property, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

It is an excellent location. It is a new property and the rooms are great. It is a wonderfully rejuvenated old building so dont be surprised when you show up at the front door, wait until you get to your room. The elevator is fun in itself. Staff are excellent. Shopping and restaurants are plenty. Close to the Metro if you're going anywhere else. It was great for us. All you need for your stay unless you are a person who wants amenities onsite, but everything is right outside your door!

We spent one night in Naples at Altoledo Rooms and Suite. Very nice and clean space and very accommodating service minded hotel director. The exterior and the stairway is currently still quite run down in waiting for final renovation, but don’t let that fool you. The rooms and the floors where the hotel is, was great. Great location right on Via Toledo with lot of great small pizzerias and restaurants around the corner. The driver Carlo who drove us from the hotel to the airport was lovely. /Martin & Carina

Room was almost brand new. Fully renovated nicely. Balcony was awesome. Staff (the name escapes me) met us at the hotel for check in after hours at 7:00 PM and was super friendly and nice. Staff communicated via WA prior to arrival and gave very clear instructions on how to access the rooms. Balcony was awesome and had a great view. Street below was packed with shops and dining, may I suggest the short walk to Antica Pizza Port Alba. Best pizza ever had (also the oldest pizzeria in Italy which is kinda cool). Short walk to metro. Very nice location and would stay again.
