"Would like breakfast to be included and the waterslide was closed the several days we were there. The pools are warm and wonderful along with all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Love that there are bikes to borrow and beautiful neighborhoods to walk. "

"I didn't use the breakfast area the first day I was there, but went the second day and the area wasn't of an attractive appearance, but that was not the worst thing there; the employee working there at the time was very rude, complaining in spanish about guests coming to breakfast late, which she found unfair since she was there at 7am. I spoke to her in Spanish and she continued being rude and talking about the guests. Even if you don't speak her language, you would have known she was being rude and loud about it. Another employee tried being nice to me, but she dismissed her and started complaining about her to a 3rd employee that got there. I wouldn't go back there even if stay was free!"

"Not so clean. Bed with sand. Had a kitchen but it didnt have dish soap, kitchen utensils or anything for the use of the kitchen. "
