My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and extended for a 4th. Mario and the team were amazing. We loved the location, included breakfast in the morning and accommodations for stay another night last minute. We loved this place! Thank you Ciao Bellini!

This was our second stay in Ciao Bellini this summer. We had two balconies to look out, a beautiful and a very clean room. Beautiful place to stay, in a very good location, near metro. Will return for sure!

The room was large, bright, and nicely styled. Mario and Maria were both wonderfully kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. The property is right in the heart of town, so everything was easy to reach. We could enjoy the lively atmosphere from the street outside, yet once the windows were closed, it was perfectly peaceful inside.

We stayed at the Ciao Bellini for two days and then returned for a final three. Both visits as I mentioned in a previous review were exceptional. Cleanliness and the affability of Maria and Mario were top notch. Mario assisted us with a glitch on our phone and Maria attended us a couple times for cabs, waiting for us at street level. Would recommend this to anyone we know.

Home away from home.

We found Ciao Bellini on line and never regretted one second from when we met Maria and Mario. Maria was welcoming and asked if we needed anything. How could we, it was all there including a welcome bottle of bubbly! We returned after a quick three days on Capri and it felt like home. Our luggage we stored ready in our room. Highly recommend!!! The room was very big and beautiful. Maria was very helpful with everything and Mario communicated with me via WhatsApp whenever I had a question. The location is a little bit hidden away, but it is excellent. There was no noise and we were literally a five minute walk from the Dante. There are several restaurant choices there and the metro station, which will take you anywhere. The museum and via Toledo are right there. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend it.

Ciao Bellini is superb! The room was quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, with luxurious details and an upscale fit and finish. Our host, Mario, was excellent and helpful in navigating the city. I recommend Ciao Bellini to anyone!

Great room, recommend to travellers

We were warmly welcomed and very impressed with the room. Lovely and warm, clean, complimentary drinks, nice coffee machine. Change for the lift provided. Look for the street number, not for a hotel sign( there isn't one) . Once you have arrived at number 40, look for the intercom by the outside door ring the intercom bell for the hotel (select the right one from the list). Very convenient for access to town centre

Mario was an AMAZING host. Very attentive, smiley, great communication, and great attitude. The place was PHENOMENAL. We are visiting the entire country from Milano in the north, to Napoli in the south, and have stayed ina different place every single night, yet we haven't experienced anything as good. The bed was very comfortable, unlike all the other beds we slept in. The shower is very hnique, the room is spacious. Plenty of linens etc... They even left us water & wine in the fridge to consume on the house. It can't get better than this place. Thank you Mario. I will even leave you a review on Google. This is how satisfied i am.

This was a nice room in a building. It was not a true b&b in that they only provided a voucher for coffee and a sweet or savory pastry around the corner from the room. The room was very nice, spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Pillows were moderately lumpy but fine. No iron available. The biggest problem to be aware of was loud music and singing could be heard all afternoon until 11pm. It was from a theater that shared the wall with our room or so it seemed that loud. It sounded like a karaoke bar. If you will be in the room for the afternoon and evening, the noise is irritating and there is nothing the b&b can do about it. I suggest the owners buy an iron for their guests.

Charged my credit card twice and won’t respond!

Property was okay. Bed was comfortable. Snacks left for us were already open and there were a few flies and mosquitoes but otherwise was pretty clean. One of the two nights car horns going off every second or two all night long until past 3am so might be worth staying somewhere more quiet if a light sleeper. The biggest disappointment is we were charged at check in as expected but then charged a second time two data after we left. I messaged the property with no response (after being so responsive during our stay) and now will have to dispute through our credit card. The last hassle you want to deal with post vacation.
