This Crow's Nest waterfront condo is on of the first properties built during the beginning stages of development on beautiful Marco Island, Florida. It is located on the south end of the island at 881 Panama Court. This property is within walking distance to beach access and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This condominium is meticulously maintained. Built in 1978 the community has 16 unit. This property has been extensively updated. This unit features 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in Californina closet, and an adjoining full bathroom, in addition bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, eat-in kitchen area, and a large living room. There is a private screened in porch with a view of the dock and waterfront. A full laundry is available in this unit. Community amenities include: heated pool and spa with adjacent covered community party area, BBQ area, and extra storage area. This unit includes a boat slip and lift included in the rental with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
