We didn't see the place because the host cancelled the booking when we were arriving in Napoli so we were without a place to sleep after 10pm!!!The communication was terrible. She hasn't try to reach me on the app for the check-in and when I did..no response on the app and the phone number was wrong. So no way to tell her the hour of arriving. When the people from the app helped us with the right number. She responded like we were mistaken and then when I said her name, she confirmed and then no responses to my questions. I think that she cancelled because we were a group of friends and not a family and she misjudged us.So discrimination..
