Place and rooms were good. But, our room was in 6th floor for which no elevator facility. We have to take all our bags through steps from 5th floor to 6th floor as the elevator is avl until 5th floor only. Elevator was too small and operating it and getting it took so much time.

Basic but comfortable enough for a night stop. No tea/coffee making facilities & if you forget you need a 10cents coin to operate the lift, then it’s a lot of stairs to climb!

Great value and great location

The location was great with easy access to all the main sites and the train station. The room was great value and any minor imperfections were reflected in the price. We arrived to Napoli late and the self check in was simple with great communication. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended

Professional and polite, would not hesitate to book this room if ever going to Naples again. Very nice and clean room, bathroom as well. And the lights in both rooms were really cool!! AC did the job, slept very well. Central station was a short walk away, which I prefer when I am staying in a big city. Convenient for AirPort shuttle and transport to cities nearby.

Just meh. The check in process was so confusing because the reception was apparently closed on the day, and I was forced to use data and communicate via whats app to try and check in. In the rooms, there are no amenities, no shampoo or shower gel, and my bed cover was very dirty, not sure what it was.

We checked in on weekend when they don't have reception hence had to wait to connect to reception via WhatsApp upon which were told our bags couldn't be stored as reception is closed. However the staff were kind enough to store our luggage in a room assigned to us, as the room was being cleaned. Make sure to have WhatsApp installed for communication if you're arriving on weekend or after hours. The property is walking distance from main train station and has plenty food options available around.

Unterkunft war okay. Gastgeber konnte kein Englisch bzw nur per Chat mit einem Übersetzer, was für das Gespräch vor Ort sehr schwer war. Schimmel in der Dusche. Konnte das Foto leider nicht hochladen. Man hört alles sehr laut vor der Tür. Anderes Zimmer erhalten wie vorher per WhatsApp angekündigt. Keine eigene Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, sondern man nuss extra bezahlen zum Parken. Das Auto Stande auf der Straße und wurde dann überwacht. Das Parken hat uns auch nochmal 25€ pro Tag gekostet. Das war sehr ärgerlich, da wir dachten dieser wäre bei der Unterkunft dabei.

When we came in the evening there was a person who didn’t speak English. The rooms floor was dirty. There was sand on the floor. In the bathroom there was mold in the tiles seams. Also the shower corners sliding door was fallen out of place. Flush of the toilet was broken also. The walls were like paper and everything could be heard from the hallway and reception. When we left the lift wasn’t working. Bed and pillow were very hard, pillow was like a rock.

Très bon accueil avec du personnel serviable et agréable, bel hôtel bien entretenu avec un beau jardin et terrasse.a proximité du centre ville 20" à pied ou 5" en voiture.il est en hauteur sur la ville donc à pied compliqué pour les personnes en situation de mobilité réduite.petit déjeuner servi en terrasse ou à l'intérieur avec possibilité d'avoir des œufs sous toutes les formes préparé directement.dommage de ne pas avoir de jus d'orange ou citron frais de la région. 3 rooms behind private front door on 5th floor of apartment block. Good location for walking to central sights and train station. Room & en suite was just fine, with useful mini fridge. High up overlooking back street meant noise was not too bad. Never saw staff, though room refreshed every day. Very difficult communication with staff to get entry details for late night arrival. Overall good value in price bracket. Naples is fabulous!

Check-In Nightmare • I first tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp on Friday, as the reception is closed on Sundays. I received no reply. I followed up again on Saturday—still nothing. • Only after contacting Expedia did someone finally respond and provide me with an access code. Even then, I was told to reach out again for further instructions. • The receptionist, Martina, was extremely unhelpful. When I finally checked in, I discovered other people’s luggage in my room. I tried to get help, but again, no one responded. I had to go through Expedia a second time, who were themselves shocked at the lack of professionalism. • Martina advised me to bring the other guests' bags to reception myself. When I refused to touch someone else’s belongings, she told me, “I’m not your friend and reception doesn’t work.” Room and Facilities • The room had no soap or basic amenities. • The hotel is located in a very sketchy part of town. • Upon check-in, I was charged a tourist tax rate appropriate for a 4-star hotel, despite this property being, at best, a 2-star with 1-star service. Overall Impression • The lack of communication, missing amenities, and dismissive attitude from staff made for a truly terrible experience. • I strongly urge the owners to provide proper training to their employees, as the current level of service is unacceptable. Advice to Future Guests • Be prepared for no support from reception, problems with room access, and a lack of basic hospitality.

A very pleasant stay .

If you are staying here , the rooms are on the 5th floor but there is a lift . Ask the man on the ground floor for a 10c coin and you can use the lift . Receptionist is very helpful , rooms are lovely and perfect for families or friends . Very central in the city , easy access to the bus station , cafes and restaurants nearby and tourist attractions like the hop on hop off bus stops just outside . We knocked a point off for cleanliness as the bathroom could have done with an extra wipe over before we arrived , the shower leaked and there were balls of dust under the bedside tables . Apart from that it was a super stay .
