It was a very appealing hotel. The courtyard was great and it was so quiet! Location is perfect! Staff so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We had dinner next door it ReLazzione. Absolutely delicious!! We will be back and will definitely stay here again!

What we liked was the location that was close to the historic centre of Naples and the staff who were very helpful and friendly. What we didn’t like: we had to pay 50 cents every time we wanted to take the elevator ( very old and under maintenance), which meant that we could not use it every time : actually 2-3 times we had to take the stairs (we were at 3rd floor). The room was small and there was no where to put the luggage to open it. The coffee shop where they gave us the coupon to use for the breakfast was not good. All in all, we did not appreciate much our stay because of all those reasons. But the staff were very helpful and very friendly, specifically we appreciated the help of the gentleman who carried our luggage to downstairs because the elevator was under maintenance.

Great location and a wonderful host Antonella was incredibly welcoming and truly made the place feel special. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a few key points. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was available. Overall, a lovely host and great location, but due to these issues I’m not sure we would choose to stay again.

The owner was very helpful, taking the time to show us a map with recommendations of places to visit in Naples. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even had a small balcony. Overall, it was a very good experience in an awesome location!

Breakfast was at a cafe across the street. Included with room was a sweet pastry, juice and beverage. Minimal food was available (eggs) for additional cost. Hotel room was extremely noisy, with paper thin walls between rooms and motorcycles loudly zooming until 4am. Need a 50c coin to use elevator, which could not accommodate 2 people and luggage. Front desk only staffed for a few hours a day. Shower was tiny. Very limited amenities in the room.
