Little Naples Cozy beach getaway

Newly renovated cozy beach home in the quiet neighborhood of Naples Park. This is the perfect family beach getaway. Only 1.1 miles to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and 0.7 miles to upscale Mercato Shops, nightlife and entertainment. Watch amazing sunsets on Vanderbilt beach and eat at one of the three waterfront restaurants.

THE SPACE:
3 BR 2 full bath 1265 sqft one story home.
Private fenced backyard with lush tropical landscape and plenty of seating for relaxing.
Large kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Few basic spices, olive oil, sugar and flour supplied. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a drink cooler.
Living room has rockers and couches to relax and watch the 65" flatscreen TV
Wood floors throughout.
Each bedroom has plenty of closet space with hangers. Bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body was are available to use.
Washer/dryer is located in the garage.
Gas barbecue grill outside sliding doors in dining room.
Available for you to use is a wheeled cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella, all located in the garage.
Easy to walk to most locations or a quick drive.
Our home is located within a 2 mile radius of Trader Joe's, Publix, Walmart Super Center, Mercato Shops, dining and entertainment, Whole Foods, Dunkin Donuts, The Coffee Bar, Pavilion plaza shopping and dining, Ritz Carlton, The Turtle Club Restaurant, Wiggins Park Beach and beautiful Vanderbilt Beach amongst many other restaurants, shopping and attractions.
Some card and board games available for some family fun on those rainy days.

Guests have access to entire home, garage, backyard, back patio and driveway.

Fantastic

We had the absolute best time at this property. It truly was spotless and well equipped. The backyard was a little oasis for cookouts, happy hour -- we even teleworked from the picnic table! The beach is walkable as are restaurants and shops. I ran in the morning across a number of close by lovely neighborhoods. Most importantly, Melissa was the best owner I have worked with. Just wonderful!

Charming home in convenient location.

Charming home in convenient location. Spotless and had the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We travel to Naples a few times a year and would absolutely stay there again.

The home is perfect. It's neat, clean, well-equipped, and the owner has thought of every detail, from complimentary children's car seats to beach chairs and towels. No detail has been overlooked. I highly recommend this property.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir verbrachten acht Tage in dem wunderbaren Haus in Naples. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet war als Ausgangspunkt zu allen Ausflügen ideal. Strände, Supermärkte, Restaurants sind mit einem guten Fußmarsch oder in wenigen Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist neu und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Die große Küche war mit allem erdenklichen Zubehör von Kaffeemaschine bis zu Weinkühlschrank ausgestattet. Die gemütlichen hellen Schlafzimmer waren mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern versehen. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse haben wir Grillabende unter dem Sternenhimmel verbracht. Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Haus von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde zuhause gefühlt und können keinen negativen Punkt an dem Haus benennen. Liebend gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder.

This was a wonderful place for our holiday, for four of us , we wished we could have stayed longer.really nice feel and decor . The house is in a good location ,quiet pleasant area, you do need a car,the house was as described and pics are accurate. Very comfortable with all equipment provided , great to have beach chairs and umbrella , washing machine , garden great too. Thanks Melissa it was great.we really loved it

We were in town for a stressful event. The house was immaculate, you walk in and immediately feel calm, the house is very well appointed, everything you need. The backyard is private and the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back, hopefully, next time for a vacation.

My husband and 3 kids enjoyed this property over Thanksgiving. It was decorated super cute! It was very clean and had everything we wanted. The private backyard patio is very nice. We felt very comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful!

My husband, son and I came to stay at this home in Naples and it was wonderful! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella for heading to the beaches (either Wiggins, Vanderbilt or Clam Pass). Location is great - close to groceries & restaurants. We would highly recommend! Thank you!
