It was completely not what I expected compare to what I selected for the room from the picture. It’s got a giant hot tub and a sauna which I did not ask for or wanna use. I had to sleep on a Murphy bed. The useable space is small, with small trash can and no place to put your stuff. At lease the staff is friendly. The breakfast option is small and simple. The location is good. Love the AC

The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. The location is also a little far out, about an hours walk to the main harbour to pick up the ferry to Capri. A nice stay but would look for something closer to the main train station next time.

We stayed one night at Lungomare Suites and Spa and had a really pleasant experience. It’s located a bit outside the city center, but it’s close to the sea and well connected, so getting around was never an issue. The room was fresh and comfortable, with a lovely bed and great air conditioning — a real plus in the summer heat. Breakfast leaned more toward pastries and sweets than we’re typically used to, but it was still a nice spread. What really stood out was the staff — genuinely warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. This is a budget-friendly hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but for the price, it offers excellent value. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base near the sea.

The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need. The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
