This is not a hotel,but a flat converted into units to rent.Taxi can not get to the entrance due to pedestrian zone.It was clean,but had that unpleasant sewer odor coming from the plumbing. Low quality bedding. Location is very good,but not much more beside that. In my opinion,definitely not a place that deserves the rating it has.

Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak English, but used Google Translator. -Entrance is a little tricky. Enter next to/under Zara. Then turn left up 2 steps where there is a security guard. Elevator up, go left, then right, then left again. Entrance is on the right. Look for the signs on the wall. Small reception area. You will receive many keys! Free wifi.

If you plan to attend the opera, it is the perfect location, less than 5 min on foot. Very central location.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Lage einfach nur perfekt. Das einzige Manko sind die hellhörigen Zimmer.

Not worth it.

We knew it was difficult to find. However when we did find it, we could not contact anyone on the intercom. It was a very odd situation with no lobby, only a building door in a small interior courtyard for cars. Finally someone answered the buzzer but still no communication. When the clerk appeared we did not feel welcomed and he spoke no English. Our room was large but awkwardly appointed with bad lighting but a comfortable bed. The shower was a tiny and prefab and the plastic soap dispenser broke upon trying to use it. We were given a huge pile of keys which all went to different things- our room, the elevator, door at the lobby and the gate to the courtyard.

The Maison Toledo is an extremely convenient hotel. Mario is a great host. Gave us helpful advice during our stay. I have already recommended this hotel to several of my friends.

We loved that the hotel is in the city center, walkable to everything, 1 to 5 min walk to the the main attractions and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Also gelatos near by. The only problem we had was not being able to get in the hotel for almost an hour. :((. We were busy trying to find transportation to the hotel from Naples and the hotel called us to confirm of our arrival time during that chaotic time. So we missed his calls/messages on what’s app when we arrived to airport. Wish they could have messaged a day before to let us know instructions how to get in at check in. We arrived after 5 pm and you have to buzz in but there are many buttons so you have to know which button is the correct one. They did compensated us to a bigger room, which we were happy about bc the smaller room with the bunk beds was small, it didn’t feel like a welcoming room. Don’t purchase the small rooms. But the bigger rooms are nice and great views from the balcony in either rooms. Thank you for a kind and patient customer service. I also read in reviews it was loud at night to sleep but there were no noise at all. Slept peacefully. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Un hébergement très bien placé. À deux pas de beaucoup de points touristiques et dans un quartier vivant. La chambre est grande. Donne sur la galerie Umberto et c'est très beau. Le bruit est toutefois présent mais ne nous a paradoxalement pas dérangé. Comme le sani broyeur qui est surprenant mais on s'y fait. Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans la galerie commerciale dans un café où c'est correct pour un café et une viennoiserie. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement recyclé en hébergement de 5 chambres. Des choses à revoir pour moderniser et arranger des choses mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon point de départ pour des pérégrinations dans cette superbe ville.

Posizione ottima per girare a piedi la città. Il personale è molto gentile. Purtroppo la struttura è molto datata. I bagni sono ricavati all’interno della camera e ogni volta che si utilizza l’acqua parte una pompa molto rumorosa che può disturbare chi sta dormendo. La colazione, senza infamia e senza lode, è servita al bar dentro la galleria da personale non proprio accogliente.
