Winter Escape

Great home and location for a short Winter escape! Home was clean and exactly as pictured. We spent lots of time floating in the private pool. Enjoyed using the bikes to get to the beach and to explore the area. Would definitely rent again!

Much needed reprieve

This is a great house. Seems brand new. Wonderful pool. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Well equipped. Property manager extremely responsive and pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to many restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing weekend getaway!

Kyle was WONDERFUL and so helpful throughout our stay! Quick responses at all times and most importantly helped us out during an extremely stressful time trying to travel during covid. We had a minor hiccup during our stay to rearrange our time in Naples and he was not only going beyond what I’d expect but was so kind and sympathetic to our situation. Honestly made me feel like his priority was to ensure his guests were comfortable and enjoyed our trip over simply making a profit for the rental home. I’ll always appreciate that! This house was such a easy way to bring a family for a quick weekend beach trip. The main kitchen/living room was well equipped and the layout was great to cook/eat/hang out. We loved how the first floor had multiple screened in access to the porch that was closed off from the pool. This made it so easy to safely keep our kids running around without any sense of pool danger while eating breakfast/lunch. Here are quick takeaways that were so nice: -master bedroom had amazing water pressure - pool/beach equipment was well stocked (wagon, kids pool floaties/vests, toys etc) - good washer/dryer - great internet and tv connection - close to beach - convenient markets and restaurants - quiet - amazing pool and grassy yard - pool has a shallow end for sun bathing that was perfect for kids!!! - super kid friendly/baby proofed home/ranch style home w no stairs
