It was a little bit hard to get inside the building (The host sent me an entry code via WhatsApp, but I didn't have it), but the host explained to me very carefully and kindly by phone call. The room was so clean and cozy, also cheap!

The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean upon arrival. There were visible hairs on the bedsheets that were not mine, hairs on the single towel provided (which I refused to use), and stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. Because I arrived very late at night, I had no choice but to stay. When I messaged about the issue, the response felt dismissive and lacked an apology. The problem was addressed the next morning, and the cleaning staff member was apologetic, changed the sheets, provided a clean towel, and brought two bottles of water. He also noted that only one towel had been left for a three-day stay. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the initial state of the room suggested it had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival.

leggermente decentrato (15 min.) rispetto ai mezzi pubblici ..se poi piove.. Ma con tempo buono , o nuvoloso, si apprezza l 'essere fuori dal traffico . La disponibilità di Giulia è totale , ci si può collegare con w.a. in ogni momento..

Ho prenotato alle 19, c’era scritto check-in entro le 19.30, alle 19,20 ho citofonato senza risposta, ho chiamato un numero cui hanno risposto dicendo che erano all’estero, un altro numero cui non ha risposto nessuno. Ho chiamato quindi Hotels e cancellato la prenotazione fatta. Più tardi ho ricevuto una telefonata da qualcuno del B&b che si scusava.

Una piacevole sorpresa, la camera moderna e molto pulita. Anche l'area break dov'è allestita la colazione è ben curata. La colazione abbondante. Il personale molto gentile ed efficiente. La struttura è situata ai piedi di Posillipo a due passi dal mare e vicino alla metro Mergellina nonchè alla funicolare. Eccellente in tutto.
