This guest house is clean and well organized. The owner met us at the entrance and gave us good tips about how to navigate Naples. The room was very clean and modern, with a nice bathroom, hot showers and great air conditioning. The street outside is very hectic but the room was interior and very quiet. Included breakfast was simple but great. The area is a little sketchy at night but you can walk nearly everywhere downtown.

No true reception. Similar to an Air B&B. Meet a guy on the street with keys. Gave us a quick tour and some vouchers for the cafe for breakfast. Room was secure, clean and spacious. The bed was rock hard. My back will take days to adjust. Location is just out side the train station. Very congested and chaotic. A true experience on its own.

WOW!! Location, Location, Location. Just a few steps away from the Napoli train station, and around the corner from great croissants. Along with a SPECTACULAR new renovation. I was blown away by the amazing craftsmanship on the bathroom tiling. A full wall slab ceramic tile that I've never seen before. A perfect example on why Italian tile is the best in the world. I have stayed at many small boutique hotels like this one but this one definitely stands out. I would highly suggest this as a place to stay.

This property is not staffed, and we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here overnight. While the location is convenient for access to the train station, the building itself is poorly maintained and felt unsafe. There were groups of people constantly congregating around the entrance, which made the environment uncomfortable. Given the location and atmosphere, we strongly feel the property should have on-site staff or security to provide guests with a greater sense of safety. Additionally, the automatic door code frequently did not work, and since there is no staff on-site, there was no immediate assistance available when issues arose. The walls were extremely thin, and the room condition was disappointing. We could clearly hear other guests through the walls and doors, as well as constant noise from the street throughout the entire night. Although the rooms appear stylish in the photographs, in reality the walls were heavily scuffed and gave the impression that the property was not clean or well maintained. The only positive aspect of this stay was the convenient location. Also, the booking stated that bottled water would be provided only on the first day. We received water on the first day, but none was provided on the second day.
