I stayed a night in a lovely appartment of the Relais Castel Nuovo. The appartment was cozy with a gorgeous view of the bay of Naples and close to the heart of the gastronomic and touristic hotspots of the city. It was ideal for my trip.

This was a beautiful room with close access to the ferry and a lovely sea view. It was wonderful to sit out on the spacious patio after the sun went down. There was AC in the room but it was pretty weak so we were verging on hot most of the time, but hey, it’s Italy!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Antonio, our host, was very flexible with our check-in. We were a little bit late, but he was very kind about it. He gave us a tour of the apartment and made sure we knew how to work everything. Then he left us with a list of recommendations, which was super helpful. Everything is thought of. There are coins for the elevator, detergent for the washing machine and a drying rack. He even left us some water and soda in the fridge as a little VIP treat. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and clean. Great shower. It is literally right across the street from the castle and we were able to do a nice little walking tour of our own. Lots of food options nearby. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Antonio’s apartment was lovely! He was a super friendly and helpful host. We had everything we needed and the apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Amazing Find!

This apartment style hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a great view, bed and shower were super comfortable, and everything was clean and well-stocked. Antonio was friendly, helpful, and wonderful to communicate with - he gave excellent directions, was very friendly and thorough with information about the stay, and proactive about any issues we may face (such as a battery dying in the remote). Will recommend this place to everyone staying in Naples!

Relais Castel Nuovo is a great location, directly across the street from a metro station. There are many great restaurants nearby. Antonio is a wonderful host and is eager to help you with anything you need. He recommended many great restaurants and help with general navigating to our chosen destinations. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine! I can't recommend this stay enough. If we are ever in Napoli again, I will definitely stay here once more.

Clean, safe and a great host

Antonio made this a wonderful experience. He contacted me when I made the reservation and was helpful answering all my questions. He sent pictures of the building and which door to come in. The apartment was modern had everything you needed and was very clean. It is a very safe building which made us feel comfortable. The view of the port is amazing. We ate at a very good restaurant that was just around the corner.

Antonio was an absolutely amazing host! I wish we could have stayed longer than just one night but it was perfect! Huge room with kitchen, comfy bed, and authentic local cuisine! Antonio was extremely communicative before during and after our stay. He even sent us a long list of his best dining/coffee recommendations around Naples!! He is a superstar host and a beautiful, safe place to stay in Naples!! Thanks for everything, Antonio!

Location was great. Room was wonderful, clean. Comfy bed. Bathroom was nice, shower was good. Balcony was huge! And had a great view. Antonio, the manager. He was great. Had all the info we needed. Antonio was an excellent host, not only did he provide excellent directions and instructions on how to find the location he met us and provided us with a tour and how to use the keys, lights, coffee machine and elevator. We accidentally broke a wine glass and after we sent him a message he promptly showed up with two more wine glasses and didn’t charge us for the broken one. We would definitely recommend this room.
