Exceptional service

After booking late on the day of of our stay due to Air B & B letting us down the staff were amazing getting us checked in, very helpful & friendly even offering us water on our arrival. Quick and efficient check in Great room and location and staff the following morning were great booking a taxi to the airport and even offering us coffee Great location would recommend & staff again

Honestly i was skeptical and worried because the reviews on Google were negative about this property ,But let me tell you , you will not be disappointed at all . Its super nice ,clean , and its the best location on the strip in my opinions . The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful with everything. We walked 7 minutes to the port , restaurant's all around the hotel . And its not what others were saying thay its shared rooms and all the none sense. 5 starts for this one for sure .

This hotel is not a hotel and do not be tricked by the images displayed. The reception is around the corner and is only open throughout the day. It is more like an apartment - no security, no one to speak to after around 5 o clock. The images displayed of the rooms are correct - very clean, modern and nothing to complain about. However, you have a digital pin pad to open the main front door. This gains entry to the other 15 rooms. Outside of this door, there are many people who hover around, so if someone is not careful, the code to the hotel could become compromised to people who shouldn’t have access. The photos of the hotel on Expedia, are actually photos of a museum across the road. The ‘hotel’ or should I say rooms, are located above shops and entry to the rooms is at the start of a side street. Avoid if looking for a hotel and safety.

Sentralt og midt i gågaten via Toledo, veldig bra. Hotellet var nyoppusset og så bra ut helt til vi tok det i bruk. Da hang kontaktene ut, ingen knagger å henge ting på og ingen brannalarm.

A recepção só funciona até as 20 horas. Os apartamentos são acessíveis por entradas externas a propriedade e apesar de grandes, com mobília nova, tem banheiros precários. O escoamento da água do banho funcionou muito mal e a falta de vedação do box, fez a água transbordar e inundar parte do meu quarto! Ainda tive que descer uma escada com muitos degraus, levando uma mala de 23 quilos pois estava na Europa há 15 dias!

Excellent

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé, en pleine via toledo et à 2 pas de la station de métro. Personnel très agréable et arrangeant, la chambre est grande, salle de bain très moderne, l’énorme plus, le balcon, nous avion vue sur la rue passante montant au mur de Maradona, présence d’un ascenseur et d’une Clim dans la chambre. Le seul point négatif mais malheureusement en pleine ville c’est normal c’est le bruit, même avec les fenêtres fermées bcp de bruit extérieur. Bref hôtel impeccable, possibilité de laisser les valises le jour du départ pour profiter encore un peu, je conseille fortement cet endroit.
