This property had very complicated entry system. There was a key for the front door another key for a gate. Then a code to enter a common area, another code to get in the room and another code to close the room door. We found it challenging and whenever we went out we were not sure we’d get back in One time we pressed the buzzer three times as instructed but the door didn’t open. We did this several times at 11:00 and eventually someone came out and we were able to get in. The location was the only thing I would give a positive review. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely would not book it again.

I can’t say enough good things about Angela! Always available with good info and willing to help. The property was on the 4th floor, make sure you have 10Cents everyday so that you don’t have to climb every time, those are tall floors. I enjoyed the excercise but I understand it’s not for everyone. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! And the location is simple excellent!

The room was excellent and the host was very friendly and informative. The location was great for exploring the city and the room itself was really lovely. Very clean and had a designer boutique vibe. We only stayed one evening but found the overall experience very enjoyable. The local area was very busy and vibrant with no end of great restaurants. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something budget friendly yet stylish.

The communication with the complex was excellent throughout the stay with very detailed video on how to access the apartment. Location was also excellent and much quieter than we expected. It’s worth having 10 cents for the lift especially when you have cases .

Todo excelente, su proceso de check-inn es lo que debe mejorar para hacer la experiencia perfecta. Had a family emergency and requested Expedia to look to cancel the stay. I appreciate that I booked a non-fundable stay, but this was an unavoidable family emegency. I asked for some sort of refund as I am sure due to it being holiday season they would have filled the booking anyway. Expedia tried to get hold of the owners but failed to establish contact. Expedia send me an email in the end explaining that they cannot get hold of the owners and on that basis the non-refundable policy stay in place. I have to say, the staff at Rettifilo who manages the property was great and comunicated really well - shame the owners did not consider, or even reply back to confirm the situation. I did not end up staying at Rettifilo and hence cannot comment on the stay at all.
