The Rock is a cool apartment in a fantastic location. It is very spacious and the room inside a cave is very unique. The apartment does not get much natural air and smells a bit moldy.

A really wonderful apartment to stay in. It has large open rooms and was very cool from the hot sunshine outside. Independent air conditioning for downstairs and upstairs. A very simple walk to the bay - four minutes and two restaurants on your doorstep. Excellent.

Super appartement très calme et très frais....pas besoin de d'enclencher la climatisation malgré les fortes températures dehors. Super emplacement ! Nous avons profité du train pour passer une journée sur Pompéi et une autre sur Sorrente. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

The location was really good for the apartment, walking distance to some really nice parts of town. Unfortunately internally it really wasn’t what I was expecting. The place smelt of damp really badly, being asthmatic I had trouble with sleeping and breathing. The ground floor is very dark and has a tiny window in the living area. I had to keep all the windows open when inside but at night this was not possible. The kitchen was very basic and old, as was the furniture in the flat. The inside of the drawers in the kitchen and bedroom smelt damp and stale. I could not put my clothes in the drawer and had to keep my suitcase open throughout our 4 night stay. If I could have, I would have booked something else, Netflix did not even work downstairs in the ‘cave’ part, in saying that the smell of damp was so bad that I couldn’t sit in there anyway. Very expensive for what it is.

Appartement fidèle aux photos. Très calme, bien placé dans Naples. (Compter 12 à 15 mn à pieds pour se rendre au métro ou dans le centre historique.) Seul bémol, le propriétaire n'est pas sur place, donc nous l'avons rencontré à l'arrivée puis nous avons correspondu par sms en anglais lorsque nous avions besoin de renseignements.

This was my me and my husbands first time and Naples and our visit here surpassed all expectations. The rock is the BEST spot to stay in Naples! Dario does an outstanding job communicating check in/out times, gave excellent restaurant recommendations, and the apartment is breath taking. The location is 15 minutes from the train station(by taxi) and is in the middle of everywhere you would want to be. The apartment is extremely clean, spacious, and quiet. We will definitely be interested in booking here again and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to book here!

A spacious apartment in fashionable Chiaia.

Dario is a fantastic host! He met us at the apartment and gave us an overview of the area, including places to eat, shop and catch local transport. The apartment itself is located in secure gated complex in the heart of Chiaia. I have no reservations in highly recommending The Rock.

Dario der Vermieter ist wirklich äußerst nett und hilfsbereit um die Zeit im Neapel toll zu gestalten! Wir hatten ein Leihauto was in Neapel sehr gut überlegt sein sollte und er hatte uns auch eine nahegelegene Gran Garage empfohlen und uns diese zu speziellen Konditionen organisiert! Die Unterkunft liegt in der absolut besten und ruhigsten Gegend Neapels und ist definitiv „the best place to be“

Big appartment and amazing location

We had an amazing stay at at The Rock, the appartment is amazing we really loved it! It was a big appartement and jt was located very well, it was close to the bay of Napels and it was close to the centre. The owner also stayed in contact with us to see if everything was ok. We had an amazing time here and will book this again when we are going to Napels again.

Bad , i was really looking foward to stay on this hotel but i got from this hotel saying that room was not. And they had an option to stsy B&B. , i agreed because too close to get make other accomodations but the place decent but did not fill my expectations

I could’ve written this review within 60 seconds of entering the apartment. It’s enormous, comfortable, well furnished & in a fantastic part of town. Dario couldn’t have been more helpful checking in. The only downside is the lack of natural light, but you can simply go for a walk outside to remedy this. A wonderful apartment at a great price. I’d go back there in a second.

A special place hidden in one of the best parts of town. The Rock is beautiful and spacious. Our host Dario's strong communicatiom via whatsapp was helpful for us to get to the place and he was very welcoming once we arrived (fyi he asks for two euro per person for I believe was the laundry fee which he claimed wasn't covered in the expedia booking) .

Hübsches, sehr zentrales sauberes Appartement.

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (u.a. 3 Fernseher mit Netflix). Die Lage war für uns optimal, sehr nah am Meer und nur wenige Minuten in die Fußgängerzone (15 Min. zur Piazza del Plebiscito). Wir haben sehr viel zu Fuß erledigt. Die beste Pizza der Stadt (Sorbillo) liegt nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig in einem sehr schönen Hinterhof. Der Empfang war sehr nett, alles wurde ausführlich erklärt (italienisch ist aber hilfreich) und wir konnten jederzeit nachfragen (über WhatsApp). Es gibt in der Nähe zwei Supermärkte, ein großer Carrefour (ca. 500 m) und ganz nah ein Gourmet Conad mit sehr leckeren Sachen.
