  • Val’s Paradise is ready. With new remodeling including king sizes bed and 70 inch Roku TV, new paint and kitchen new floor ready for you to enjoy. We are ready for you and for the season we have available with Great location 7 miles from 5th ave Naples, 10 minutes from Golf of Mexico. 15 minutes from Marco Island 15 minutes from the beach. Come to the paradise and enjoy life. A quiet place to come home after a long day at the beach or shopping around Naples. Not to far from mall and beaches also nice restaurantes around Naples and supermarket if you prefer cook in.
    We have a nice back yard with grill where you can enjoy just seating outside and grilling our favor meal.
    You would enjoy the quiet location and friendly neibors. You can miss this great opportunity. Come to visit Val’s Paradise

Not what I hoped for

Valerie was nice and while the house was clean and our general needs were met it wasn’t what I expected. We weren’t renting the “whole house” which was what her home is listed as. You get the upstairs apartment (challenge for me is I have a daughter who is wheeelchair dependent) so we had to use her beach wheelchair because that’s all we could carry upstairs and thankfully we can carry her up a steep set of stairs. Also had challenges with ants, non-working washer (while hers in her downstairs property was offered but not convenient), water leaking and mildew smell under the sink, closet rack securing chained and padlocked fence you use to enter front of home, steering past small trailer in front of lawn, doors that won’t close to bedrooms (difficult to enjoy night activities after our child went to bed as sounds transmitted easily), evident by hearing downstairs apartment conversations and late night TV as well as dogs who barked way into the night (2 dogs belonged to person in downstairs apt and more dogs and chicken coop in backyard. We tried to end our stay early but was told Valerie wasn’t the owner and couldn’t accommodate refunds so instead we land ourselves here. Slightly disappointed, totally disturbed by our stay but I should have done more homework. I feel bad because Val was sweet but for those that may come to follow, hopefully cleaning up her curb appeal and changing her detail of property to list it’s a somewhat shared residence with separate entrances may leave a better taste in someone’s mouth when selecting her home as an option.

Naples was the nicest place we visited in Florida. We loved the beaches and the city center.

We are very pleased with the accommodation at Valerie. It was a clean and nice accommodation and comfortable beds. Valerie was very nice and helpful. We would love to stay there again.

Amazing!

We loved our stay at Val's Paradise! Val was extremely accommodating and we felt right at home! She had a crib for our 11 month old already set up when we got there, and she slept as if she were in her own bed at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable

Valerie went out of her way to accommodate us, she is very nice and thoughtful. We had plenty of room upstairs with 3 adults and 2 kids. She also has a crib. She has beach chairs, umbrella and even kayak(s). She brought the kids coloring books and had some toys for them in the house. We used her grill a few times for supper. The house was clean, I would say the bathroom could use some updating. Giving this 5 stars because the price, location and space were great for our family. Thank you Valerie, I will remember this house for future travels! (Thanks for the mints/candy)

Naples

Upstairs apartment with outside entrance was very spacious with a lot of recent renovations. Shower and tub area needed updating but worked fine! Yard is fenced in and back yard is very private with grill! Owner is very friendly and is constantly working to improve things and relishes suggestions! Close to Marco and downtown Naples. Publix close by. Kayaking and boardwalk available close by in Rookery Bay for nature lovers.
