I had no clue what he was saying to us but he made a phone call and pointed back to the lobby, followed us to the elevator and was trying to tell my husband and I to go down and the children stay with the bags (that wasn't happening!) Got to the front desk got a new room which wasn't what I booked/paid for so they brought a rollaway bed in and it had yellow stains all over it,……
