Room was clean and self check in was quite efficient via whatsapp. they assisted me in finding the location as it isnt the easiest to find.
Was very challenging to get there with a big suitcase, lots of stairs and inclined roads both ways as its an older historic area. Not an easy access place for elderly or anyone with big suitcases.
Room is spotless clean and facilities are good. Breakfast is good however would be nice to have use instructions for the coffee machine as Im unfamiliar with that type.
Good breakfast supply and appreciated the aperitif. Wifi is good and bathroom is great, however the last night there was not hot water, i mentioned it in the morning and got a reply middle of the day saying " If you told us last night we couldve reset the boiler" , there was no apology and it was hours after I had left the property so I didnt replied.
Did not saw any staff at any time during my stay. Overall was good but wouldnt go back to the area with luggage.
