I indie had to extend my stay by a week due to the outbreak of war in the Middle East, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. "This hotel had fantastic service, all the staff were excellent and helped us enormously when my husband had a back injury flareup while we were staying with them. They could not have done more to help us and we were so grateful for all of their support. The room was brilliant (we stayed in the heritage suite) and the food at breakfast was also very good. This hotel is excellent value for Kathmandu and we would definitely stay again, the location is also good."
