Very clean!!!!
A friend and I had the privilege of staying in the Kings Country Suite. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the well stocked kitchen. We also appreciated the amount of bedding in the bed, there was no getting cold in the night. Thank you Susan, we would recommend your place to anyone!

Beautiful Weekend in Lancaster County
This apartment was beautiful and clean. We chose to stay here because of its proximity to both Lancaster and Longwood Gardens. The check-in and check-out process was easy and simple. The complimentary muffins and snacks were lovely. We wish we could have had more time there and hope to return another time!

First VRBO, couldn't have picked a better place
This was my first time using VRBO. With that said, I couldn't have picked a better place to stay the night. To summarize, the stay was excellent- it was clean, cozy, and just minutes away from food and fun (and not to mention a donkey right in the backyard). Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying here again. Susan, thanks again for your hospitality.

Excellent!
My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay at this suite. Very beautiful, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the muffins, coffee and sweet treats that were offered. We felt very comfortable staying here. With the instructions given to use, we were able to find the location easily. We are planning on staying here in the future!

Exactly as described, easy to find VERY clean and private. We were only passing though and stayed one night. However the bed was uncomfortable for my wife and I, the pillows were flat as well.We couldn't figure out how to keep the AC on so it got really hot in the apartment (it was to late in the evening to ask our host about the AC) the portable fan helped some. There were three windows but only one had a screen to allow us to open the window to try to get the apartment cooled off. The furniture looked modern but was also uncomfortable.

Beautiful location out in the country but close enough to all the local attractions. The suite was super clean and wonderfully decorated. We loved staying there for our trip to the Lancaster area! The hosts were very welcoming and it never felt like you were intruding in their space. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Garage Apt in Lancaster County
Beautiful private space clean and well-decorated. Located in rolling hills of Amish/Mennonite area. Host went above and beyond with homemade cupcakes, teas, coffees and snacks. Super easy in and out!

Love this property. The apartment was immaculate and nicely decorated. It’s a little outside of town which we loved. The surrounding area is beautiful. It’s still close to the local attractions (shopping, Sight and Sound, restaurants, etc.) Susan gave accurate directions as it would be easy to miss her turn if you weren’t paying attention. It was a very comfortable stay and I can’t forget to mention that the price was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!
This property was well maintained, absolutely spotless, and perfect for a weekend away! The King's communicated well to tell us about where to find the property and how to check-in, the rental was absolutely adorable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Nice once you find it!
Susan's property was very clean, spacious and nicely appointed. There was a good selection of coffees, teas, plus homemade muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. The only draw back to this property was it's location and difficulty finding it, especially at night, even with a GPS. We had no phone # to call when we were struggling to find it at night. We had gone out to check in during daylight, but still had a lot of trouble finding it again. It might have been due to our lack of familiarity with the area, and not realizing how dark and windy the roads are at night. We actually had some trouble locating it during daylight hours too,

The room and property far surpassed any of our expectations. The room was well stocked with anything we could have ever needed and was extremely comfortable to stay in. The property itself was set back off the road which adds a much needed peace and quiet if that's the kind of thing you like. We will, by far, be staying again.

This room was exactly what I need for my stay in the Lancaster/ Bird-in-Hand area. Susan gave excellent directions (their road is easy to miss). The room was spacious well laid out and comfortable. The kitchenette is perfect for snacks or left over from area restaurants or farmers markets. Would definitely stay again 😊

Lovely off the beaten path
A beautiful well cared for property and a lovely family. There is attention to details to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. The heart of the city of Lancaster is about 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic and was a nice retreat from the hectic city noise. We hope to make this a regular stop when visiting the area.

Quiet Retreat
Such a cute place for a quiet and relaxing get away. Extremely clean and well decorated. The owner always responded quickly to our messages and greeted us with a warm welcome. We had access to the back yard and enjoyed relaxing on the patio area. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing get away
Susan worked with us through some technical problems and was willing to be patient while we waited to get things figured out. The rental property was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. We loved the muffins and it’s a quick drive to Lancaster. Although it’s attached to a main house, you wouldn’t know it. They are very quiet and courteous. Hopefully we can stay here again for a nice mini vacation. Highly recommend this property!

when arriving she has your name on welcome board. She also goes out of her to give you the best apple muffins , homemade granola and fresh milk. The suite is super clean. The apartment is fitted with a ductless split. It always stays comfortable. Also the bed is so comfortable and the decor is very well placed. I would definitely recommend this 3
