"Its clean and new hotel . The staff are nice especially the manager , they are so considerate. , we extend one more day they keep us in our same room and give us the same rate of our room.. "
"First class facility but the commode lids in the lobby and our room were absolutely horrible! The one in our room shifted and I nearly fell off the commode! Not a big reason not to stay there but shockingly an attempt to save money!"
"This was my second time staying at the Best Western, and once again, it exceeded expectations. This visit was for a very personal and emotional reason—my aunt’s funeral. Despite the circumstances, the kindness and hospitality of the staff brought great comfort. The Bahamian front desk attendant was especially warm, friendly, and professional, and the rest of the team was just as polite and accommodating.
Several of my family members also stayed here, and we all shared the same wonderful experience. The service was top-notch, and even with renovations happening during our stay, everything was still clean, organized, and fabulous.
I had previously stayed here last year for an event, and that experience was just as great. The consistency in service and attention to detail is truly appreciated.
The continental breakfast was another highlight—clean, fresh, and delicious every single morning.
