Great spot in Nashville

We had a great stay in Nashville. The hosts house and pictures where spot on. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again next time in Nashville.

Nashville Home

It was everything as advertised. Hosts were easy to communicate with, and the neighborhood was friendly. Would definately stay here again, as it is close to Broadway. Thank you hosts!

Perfect Getaway

We all really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house description was accurate and the location was a short Uber ride to Broadway. One suggestion is to add a few more coffee cups.

Nice place

There were 6 of us! House was very good for us. Very clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to some stores and restaurants. We had a great time.

Disappointed for 1st and last Vrbo stay

Run down and not clean, entry was hard due lock issues, fire alarms kept going off. Property looks much nicer online.

21st Birthday Party

We were there to sleep. Beds were comfy. Our group of 7 were comfortable. A bit of walk to Broadway but we did it every day and then caught an uber home so as not to walk in the dark. Thanks for having us Nashville!!

This is a very safe neighborhood.

Very clean. And everything that we may have needed was available to us. Loved seeing the people at the park next to the house out there with their doggies. And the next door neighbors are all very quiet but were friendly and said good morning back to us. I would definitely stay here if in Nashville again.

Trip to Music city

Could use a good cleaning, but a great place to stay for a group of 6 to 8 people. $10 to $15 Uber to Broadway. neighborhood was quiet and we did feel safe. Owner should include more information upon arrival, like location of grocery store, restaurant's in the area and wifi password

Nice property, the deck wasn't quite as nice as the picture. Very clean and a lot of space. The only problem was the tv remotes not working. Even the tech said they weren't working right, but at least got us something to watch.

Served it's purpose

Neighborhood is in transition but home was comfortable enough. Furnishings are inexpensive and the Master Bed broke when sat on day 1. Was promptly fixed day 2. Never attempted to watch TV as there were 6 remotes laying our and nobody had the energy to try to figure out which one(s) worked the TV and how. Exterior a bit tired and in need of paint and fencing has vertical elements falling off. In short...it worked for what we needed it for.

Great place!

Very clean and quaint. All bedrooms and baths on one level so we were able to be together but not too close. The location was great as it was not super close to Broadway and the chaos, but close enough that the Uber rides were inexpensive and quick. There were 8 of us ranging late 30's to early 50's and we would definitely stay there again.

Birthday Celebration

The property was selected based on number of rooms and cleanliness. The beds were comfortable but the house was not clean. There were hairs & dirt on bathroom floors. The blinds in one bedroom would not close & there were cobwebs on all doors & windows. The deck/furniture was dirty & covered in leaves. There were no trash bags or supplies for dishwasher. Contacted property manager & they offered to spot clean & provided trash bags, but it should not have been rented in that condition, especially not for the price. The Wi-Fi password was not provided & had to be requested. Based on rental rate and previous reviews, the reality did not meet expectations. It was a disappointing experience.

Conveniently Located to Downtown

This property is just about a mile from Music Row. We walked downtown during the day, but neighborhood is a bit sketchy for nighttime walking in my opinion. There were 7 ladies and we had plenty of room. Dollar Tree and grocery store are close. Arriving to the home was not as welcoming as many other VRBOs in which I’ve stayed. No welcome letter with info, including Wi-Fi login (host did quickly respond with info). Everything was done via app. There were not enough towels for 5 days and 4 nights. One night it rained heavily and so we used towels to wipe up the floors. Would have been nice to have some entrance rugs for this kind of thing. Shower curtain was missing two of the rings so the curtain hung weird and caused water to pool on the bathroom floor. We wished there were a few cleaning supplies so we could better clean up after ourselves (including a broom!!). The living room is nicely decorated but the rest of the house felt really bare and stark. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but didn’t feel very homey like many other VRBOs at which we had stayed.

Great house inside

Great house on the inside - clean, all the amenities, super comfortable beds and pillows. Everything inside was awesome! Checkin was a little complicated. The key code should go to the back door since that’s where you park your car. Neighborhood is a little on the rough side - homeless couple in the park across the street made for good morning conversation. Empty lot behind the house appeared to be a local dumping site. Old mattresses and furniture on the side of the house was an eyesore. Fence and gate are ready to fall down. All that being said, we’d stay here again.

Highly recommend

It was a short Uber trip to Broadway Street. Depending on time of day and week the Uber cost varied, but was better than was cheaper than parking downtown. House was update & very clean.
