Hot tub was nasty. Sent a picture to the host and he did respond , came out the next day and got it cleaned and usable.Floors were not cleaned-we had a 10 month old with us and had to vacuum and mop floors ourselves. Again the host did respond and had them come the next day--however the peope that clean did a poor job.The host was very quick to respond, and he is very nice. However we were very disappointed in how unclean it was. There was no vacuum cleanerBackyard needs clean up Kitchen is not well supplied.But again I have to say that the host is a very nice person and did his best at the time.( that why 4 stars instead of 3).
