Very Roomy
We were there for 3 days for our brother’s funeral. The house was well stocked with blankets,wash cloths, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. I liked how there was already salt, sugar, coffee filters, hand soap in all restrooms. This may seem trivial but it’s nice when u don’t have to buy the simple things when staying for a few days. Nice big living room for us to gather with a Smart TV. The 2nd floor had a pool table, smart TV, and games which was really nice. The weather was cold so we didn’t visit the rooftop too often but it is a beautiful view of the city. All of the beds were comfortable with an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets. However there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms, but that was not a problem for us. We liked the location close to downtown and the Opryland Mall, and security locks on the garage and door. We will probably stay there again when visiting Nashville.

Perfect Stay for Large Group
Adam & Frances' property was perfect for our group of 11. Plenty of beds and only some of us had to share beds. The house was spacious and clean, nicely decorated, and was only a 10 minute ride to Broadway. Ubers & Lyfts were about $8 a ride (during January season) which made going back and forth that much more convenient. Could have used an extra baking sheet for the oven but everything else was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thanksgiving
Family rented side-by-side townhomes for thanksgiving. Homes were very spacious and really all we needed to enjoy the holidays. Communication with owner was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Location is great, quiet neighborhood close to grocery store, coffee shop, and downtown. All positive experience from all of us. The wifi connection was good. We were very happy with our stay and communication.

Will Give Another Try - Small Challenges - Need to KNOW 😉
First off... This place is beautiful and everything the owner said it would be. Plenty of space for everyone with room to breath and have your own space even if the house is full! We learned quickly that the owners are accommodating and loved by their renters. Many of our "neighbors" were repeat customers who had nothing but great things to say about their stay(s). The place was clean and well equipped and instructions left little to be figured out. MINOR ISSUES BUT DIDN'T BOTHER OWNERS WITH: Some trouble with operating television but realized the issue was remote betteries and we let the maintenance people who were on site when we left know they needed to be replaced. Challenges (but will DEFINITELY try again): We were unaware there would be construction, painting, and garage door installation going on when we were visiting. Because we had a rental and used the back entry this proved to be a challenge many times. When I first arrived the painters were there and when I tried to head out to pick up guests at the airport my rental was covered in plastic. Of course I appreciated the caution but it took a bit to communicate that I had to leave because I didn't speak Spanish fluently and couldn't be understood. The next two days were were woken up by saws and drills at 8am which was annoying (simply because we didn't know) but also understood construction and how you get on a schedule when you do. It became necessary to reach out to the owners when we were constantly met with vehicles and debris (including nails and screws) when we were coming and going from out assigned parking spot. It became increasingly difficult when we arrived back to find a newly installed garage door closed, that couldn't be opened for a few hours (per the installers). I reached out to Adam and received another prompt response and some solutions. This is when I found out that the owners NEVER gave permission for work to be done while we were scheduled to be there that week. I definitely felt for the owners as these workers not only were disrespectful to their wishes but also to us when we asked if they could move their stuff so that we could park. They took as long as they could to very slowly roll up every single strap, no urgency. 2 hours later we were able to move the car back into our parking spot. We did end up missing a dinner reservation but it all worked out because we got to hang out at the house and get to know the great neighbors!

Great family Thanksgiving!
My family of 16 rented 2 houses for Thanksgiving. We had a great time - lots of room & baths for all. Very well equipped - had pretty much everything we needed to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner!

We were satisfied with the rental. It was big enough for everyone in our group. It provided all the basic necessities, but nothing extra. Overall we were happy with the choice and the price. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Broadway.

We had a large group and were ultimately concerned with the bathroom situation but it was great! The house was very clean. We walked in and could smell all the good lemon freshness. The rooftop was a nice perk! Plus, the Lyft ride to Broadway was very manageable. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at these houses. Easy Uber to downtown (if it’s not snowing). Walking distance to a store (when the Uber won’t come out). Houses were beautiful. Had a couple small issues - owners were very responsive. And let us stay at a discount when our flights were cancelled. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving weekend
The home was close to downtown but the cleanliness of the home and general upkeep is nothing we have encountered when renting with VRBO/Home Away. The home is perfect for young adults looking for a party weekend as we had parties on both sides and significant marijuana smoking smells when we left the home in the evenings. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the stove gave off a horrible gas smell which made us had to cook with the window by the kitchen open to remove the strong gas odor. The washer was full of hair and mold and we decided not to use for our safety. The walls and overall interior need some upkeep and while I understand rental properties get abused by some renters, these homes need some TLC.

The house is beautiful! Although, there are areas that could use some improvement. The ally behind the house is filthy.(understand, that is not necessarily your fault) There was several sheets that were stained. And the house could use basic house cleaning. (Dusting, baseboards & ceiling fans. The 2 downstairs toilets are constantly running, the kitchen sink faucet is not properly attached and downstairs bathroom faucet isn’t properly intstalled..

The house was exactly as described on the listing site. Plenty of room for our group of twelve. Flexible sleeping arrangements, plenty of beds. Rooftop was nice in the early evenings with great view of downtown. Kitchen was awesome with new, high-end appliances. Communication with the property manager was fast and friendly. We had a great stay.

The perfect house for our group.
We had a group of 12 plus two little kids. We had plenty of room. Everyone had enough space to have privacy when needed, but also plenty of ‘gathering space’ for everyone to be together. Our group was attending a conference at the Gaylord plus an event one night downtown at the Bridgestone Arena. The location was perfect. Maybe a 15 minute drive to either location. We had three vehicles, one of which was a large passenger van. There was plenty of parking behind the house for all our vehicles. The house was clean and in pretty good shape considering it is a rental. Meaning no major damage, just some wall scuffs, etc. No big deal. The rooftop was cool, although Nashville in August didn’t really allow for outside activities! We had one small issue, and the owners were quick to respond and resolve. It was great service. Overall, no complaints. We were completely satisfied with the visit, and would stay there (or rent one of the owners other properties) again without hesitation. Thanks Adam & Frances for making everything so easy for us!!

Rented Side-By-Side houses-Garbage pickup is only once a week, when we arrived on Sunday the trash cans for both houses were overflowing and smelled horrible. Anytime we walked to the vehicles all you could smell was the rotting trash. Kitchen and Dining area floors and table were sticky from not being thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Parking is very limited and tight, not recommended for large vehicles.

My cousins and I truly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The location was convenient to Opry Mills/Grand Ole Opry and Downtown Broadway. The place was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop, however was disappointed that their were specific hours on which you were allowed on the rooftop. All in all, I would stay here again with a big group. Thanks Adam for your quick communication and smoothness with my first experience with VRBO.

Great 4 couple get-a-way!
Four couples (mid 60’s) met in Nashville for a 4 day get-a-way! The condo had plenty of room and was well equipped. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and seating. Good location. 10-15 minute car ride to Broadway/ downtown was about $8-10 Uber ride. 20 minute ride to the airport was $18. Parking for 3 cars worked out well on the cement pad. We were so busy that we did not have any time to enjoy the rooftop deck. I would highly recommend it to others!!!

Beautiful House. Adam and Francis were great
We booked two houses for a football family trip. The houses were awesome and had everything we needed, very clean and spacious for any size group.. It is in a great area that is close to the stadium and downtown area (3-4 miles). We had a few minor issues and Adam and Francis responded right away to correct them, they are very friendly and easy to talk to. We will definitely stay here again when we revisit Nashville.

Amazing
Home was so perfect to celebrate a double 30th birthday. 18 of us slept perfectly in the house. We had so much room. Love the multiple bathrooms, the beds were comfortable, and we loved having a kitchen to cook in. The door lock was also super nice to have (so much so that we’re looking to buy one for our home lol). We absolutely will be back.

The house was in great condition. The inside of the home overall was pretty awesome. Parking literally only had enough spaces for 4 cars. When you have 12 people in the house this causes a slight issue, but we handled it. Kitchen was well stocked and cleaned. Same with the bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very accomodating also. No complaints, except the shower door in one of the homes was broken the day we got there so the girls upstairs had to shower with no curtain or door. I would say the only downfall was the location. Again it wasn't horrible, but driving in I was a little concerned. There weren't any issues and we had fun being routed by Siri downtown 20 million different ways. We got to see more of the city this way! I would say the price could be much less for what we got and where we were located.

My group of 24 rented 2 side by side houses and will definitely be back! Homes were beautiful and well kept, and stocked with everything you need.. coffee, soap, kitchen utensils etc. We loved having morning coffee on the roof! Owners were good communicators. It was a quick 5-10 minute Uber ride to downtown.
