The house is the perfect home base while you are exploring everything Nashville has to offer! It's perfectly situated in the city and only a 5 minute walk to The Gulch neighborhood, a 10 minute Uber from the airport, a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and either walkable or short uber drives to Nashville's hottest neighborhoods (12th South, Edgehill, Wedgewood Houston, & Capital View).

Killer Rooftop Condo stay

Overall, this property met expectations. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. He responded promptly to my messages and responded promptly to help with an issue at the house. The only reason for the 3-start cleanliness review is because of damage to the property by renters before we arrived. The property managers worked hard to fix what could be in a short period of time. But there was a lot of other damage that could not be fixed before our arrival. The property manager did guarantee that we would not be held responsible for any of the existing damage. However, one suggestion would be for the property manager to update the information that is sent out by email to renters. Both the check-in and check-out emails had outdated and inapplicable information which created some confusion. Otherwise, the stay was very good. We would stay here again if we returned to Nashville.

We had a great stay, hanging out on the rooftop was nice and the a/c worked well on a very hot weekend. Very easy to get to different areas downtown we visited. Would stay here again

60th Birthday Girls Trip!

Property was exactly as pictured. So many bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooftop was amazing! There was room for all of us. Drew, the property manager was very helpful and responsive! We had a great trip!

Great Spot

This condo is in awesome spot. Walking distance to downtown Or 5 min Uber ride. We stayed with 10 guys so much room. Property manger was good. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, needs maintenance

This property is in a fantastic location. Easy to get to things all around Nashville. Great downtown views from the roof top and a nice park behind the property. The house itself needs lots of work. Hardwood floors and damaged in multiple places to the point they are peeling up. Grout from tile is crumbled up to the point we stubbed out toes walking in the master bath. Lots of things are severely beaten up and the use of cheap furniture doesn’t help. One of the showers would not drain and we thought the owner was coming to fix, but we never saw him. Overall, this place would be great after a little work.

Great house, great owner!

We had a great stay in this house in Nashville! It was perfect for our group of friends for an adult weekend getaway. What really sticks out though is the owner, and his communication. There was a water main break during our first night, so we woke up to no water in the house. The owner communicated with us several times, brought gallons of water for us to use, and even offered a different house not in use for us to shower if needed. I was super impressed with the way this owner handled the problem, which was totally out of his control. I would 100% stay here again!

Nashville Retreat

Rental was as described very close to everything. Great rooftop enjoyed New Years overlooking the city!! We were 11 adults and never felt cramped plenty of room for everyone!!
